Apple is hiring a CA-Senior Manager for a full-time retail leadership position at the Eaton Centre in Toronto, Ontario. This senior management opportunity focuses on leading teams, developing other managers and helping the store achieve customer experience, performance and operational goals.

The Senior Manager will lead a team that includes other managers and will help employees achieve both performance and professional development goals. The position also supports the Store Leader in defining and executing business priorities. Although the Senior Manager may lead specific areas of the customer or employee experience, the role requires a broad understanding of the entire store and the ability to identify, analyze and resolve complex operational challenges.

Team Leadership
Lead managers and team members, empower employees to learn and grow and help individuals achieve performance and development goals.
Talent Development
Support recruiting, training, coaching, development and retention activities that help Apple maintain a diverse and high-performing retail team.
Floor Leadership
Interact directly with customers and employees throughout the store, model effective leadership and help ensure business priorities are executed.
Operational Strategy
Establish, plan and execute operational strategies for assigned functional areas while contributing to broader store performance goals.
Escalation Management
Address customer and team member concerns and involve Store Leadership, People partners or other business teams when appropriate.
Policy and Asset Protection
Maintain Apple policies and procedures while protecting confidential business, customer, employee and financial information and other company assets.
Store Performance and Leadership Development
The Senior Manager will help create an environment where employees understand store goals and have the support needed to deliver strong customer experiences. This requires clear communication, consistent follow-through and the ability to adjust priorities when business conditions change.

Qualifications, Schedule and Compensation
Apple requires at least three years of leadership experience in retail, sales or a related field. Candidates must be proficient in written and spoken English for this Toronto position and available to work according to business needs, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week. Apple lists an annual base salary range of $108,400 to $181,000 CAD, with actual compensation depending on skills, qualifications, experience and location.
