You will also act as a talent advisor by assessing candidate capabilities and organizational fit, recommending qualified shortlists, sharing market insights, and helping business leaders make informed hiring decisions.

Talent Advisory Support
Advise business leaders on candidate quality, market conditions, role requirements, compensation constraints, and alternative hiring solutions.
Hiring Decision Partnership
Collaborate with leaders to review shortlisted candidates, support final hiring decisions, and ensure recruitment needs are clearly understood.
Offer Negotiation
Partner with business leaders and candidates to negotiate offers while maintaining a professional and positive hiring experience.
