ABOUT THE JOB
As a Pharmacy Clerk at Costco, you’ll support daily pharmacy operations by helping at the counter, working with prescription and over-the-counter items, and assisting with inventory and documentation. You’ll provide courteous member service, help ensure smooth workflow, and follow established procedures and confidentiality requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist members at the pharmacy counter and provide friendly, accurate service.
- Support prescription workflow tasks as permitted, including receiving information and helping prepare orders.
- Process register transactions and follow cash-handling and security procedures.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow privacy requirements at all times.
- Order, receive, and stock drugs, supplies, and over-the-counter merchandise.
- Update records, support inventory counts, and help maintain organized storage areas.
- Keep the pharmacy area clean and follow safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist other warehouse departments as needed.
