ABOUT THE JOB
As a Baker at Costco, you will be responsible for producing baked goods in large volumes using standardized recipes and procedures. You will operate industrial bakery equipment, follow food safety guidelines, and ensure all products meet quality expectations before being made available to members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, mix, and bake a variety of bakery products according to established formulas.
- Measure and combine ingredients accurately using bakery equipment.
- Operate ovens, mixers, and other commercial baking machinery.
- Monitor baking times and product quality to ensure consistent results.
