ABOUT THE JOB
As a Bakery Wrapper at Costco, you will support daily bakery operations by packaging baked goods, monitoring product quality, and ensuring items are properly prepared for sale. The position plays an important role in maintaining presentation standards and food safety within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Remove bakery products from cooking containers and prepare them for packaging.
- Wrap and package baked goods by hand or using wrapping equipment.
- Assemble pre-cut cardboard boxes and prepare products for display.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality, consistency, and freshness standards.
- Move products using carts, racks, or trays as required.
- Monitor bakery areas to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines.
- Provide prompt and courteous member service when needed.
- Assist in other bakery or warehouse duties as required.
