ABOUT THE JOB
As an Electronics Sales Assistant at Costco, you will help members find the right products by answering questions, explaining features, and providing knowledgeable assistance. The position also involves merchandising, stocking, and ensuring products are displayed according to Costco standards in a secure retail environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to members in the electronics department.
- Answer questions and explain features of electronics and major appliance products.
- Demonstrate product use and share general product knowledge.
- Maintain organized and well-stocked displays following merchandising guidelines.
- Rotate stock, front-facing products, and remove damaged or outdated items.
- Participate in merchandise moves and assist with setting up displays.
- Maintain cleanliness and security of the department, including lock-up areas.
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse as required.
