About the Job

As a Team Leader at Dollarama, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily retail store operations, assigning tasks to be completed, ensuring that store opening and closing procedures are followed, and that employees work safely. In the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager, the Team Leader acts as the Manager on Duty (MOD). You will also participate in inventory processes and new employee training.​

Key Responsibilities for the Team Leader

As a Team Leader, your tasks will encompass various aspects of store operations, focusing on customer satisfaction and efficient workflow.​
