Key Responsibilities for the Restaurant Manager

In this role, you will take ownership of restaurant operations while guiding and motivating your team to consistently exceed expectations.

Minimum Qualifications for the Restaurant Manager

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in food service or hospitality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain one upon hire).
