ABOUT THE JOB
As a Registered Pharmacy Technician, you will play a key role in the safe and accurate dispensing of medications. The position involves processing prescriptions, maintaining patient records, managing inventory, and supporting pharmacists in delivering high-quality pharmacy services while adhering to regulatory and safety standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and prepare prescriptions in accordance with pharmacy standards.
- Enter and maintain accurate patient and prescription records.
- Assist pharmacists with dispensing activities and workflow coordination.
- Handle inventory management, ordering, stocking, and rotation of medications.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all pharmacy transactions.
- Comply with provincial pharmacy regulations and internal procedures.
- Provide courteous and professional service to patients and members.
