Key Responsibilities for the Part-Time PM Operations Specialist Role
As a PM Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Updating package information and validating delivery data using UPS systems.
- Scanning premium service packages and assisting in dispatch operations.
- Generating and managing reports related to package recovery, overgoods processing, and driver follow-up.
- Delivering exceptional customer service for walk-in customers and handling telephone inquiries.
- Operating various machinery as needed and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for the PM Operations Specialist Role
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
