ABOUT THE JOB
The Member Service Assistant helps ensure a positive member experience by providing friendly assistance, supporting entrance and exit procedures, and performing basic safety and security checks. Duties include greeting members, checking receipts, helping manage traffic flow, and supporting warehouse policies related to loss prevention and safety.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet members and provide helpful, courteous service at warehouse entry and exit areas.
- Check member receipts and perform exit checks according to procedures.
- Support warehouse safety and security by monitoring activity and reporting concerns.
- Assist with crowd control and help keep entry/exit areas clear and organized.
- Verify membership cards when required and assist with basic member questions.
- Complete inspection forms and follow established policies and guidelines.
- Communicate issues to supervisors and collaborate with team members as needed.
