ABOUT THE JOB
As a Meat Assistant at Costco, you will assist with daily meat department tasks such as wrapping, labeling, stocking displays, and operating equipment under established procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Wrap, label, and package meat products using approved equipment and procedures.
- Stock and rotate meat displays to ensure freshness and proper presentation.
- Assist with grinding, trimming, and basic preparation tasks as required.
- Inspect products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment.

- Support inventory handling and restocking activities.
