ABOUT THE JOB
The Maintenance Assistant position focuses on janitorial services and basic maintenance support across designated areas of the warehouse. You will clean and maintain floors and restrooms, assist with routine upkeep, handle cleaning supplies, and respond to facility needs while following safety and security procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean and maintain floors, restrooms, production areas, and other facility spaces.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as mopping, scrubbing, and waste removal.
- Operate cleaning equipment including scrubbers and other janitorial tools.
- Restock cleaning supplies and respond quickly to spills or facility issues.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs as directed.
- Support preventive maintenance activities when required.
- Follow all safety, health, and security procedures at all times.
- Maintain an organized work area and handle supplies responsibly.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to members, employees, and suppliers.
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed.
