Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and pick up packages to and from residential and commercial properties in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Follow UPS protocols to ensure proper handling of packages and adherence to customer service standards.
  • Practice safe driving methods while traveling between destinations.
  • Ensure timely deliveries by adhering to designated routes and schedules.
  • Engage with customers and provide friendly, professional service.
  • Handle packages up to 70 lbs with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid G-class driver’s license issued in the province of Ontario.
  • Clean driver’s abstract with no more than 5 demerit points in the past 3 years.
  • No accidents or violations in the past 12 months, and a maximum of 2 violations in the past 3 years.
  • Ability to work in an outdoor, time-sensitive environment.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to make decisions independently.

Compensation & Benefits

UPS offers a competitive compensation package for this role, including:

  • Starting wage of $19.00 per hour (base wage + peak hourly bonus).
