ABOUT THE JOB
As a Food Service Assistant in the Food Court, you will support daily food preparation and service operations. You will assist with cooking and assembling menu items, restocking supplies, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times. This position plays an essential role in providing an efficient and positive dining experience for members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items according to established procedures.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, fryers, and warmers.
- Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas, counters, and seating areas.
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging as needed.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Provide prompt, courteous service to Costco members.
