ABOUT THE JOB
The Food Service Assistant supports day-to-day food court operations by preparing menu items, taking orders, and ensuring the service area is clean and well-stocked. You’ll follow food safety procedures, assist with basic prep tasks, and help maintain an efficient flow during busy periods. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork, a fast-paced environment, and customer-facing work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to department procedures.
- Take member orders, handle payments, and provide friendly customer service.
- Operate food court equipment safely and efficiently.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and food preparation surfaces.
- Stock supplies and ingredients and assist with product rotation as needed.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health code standards.
- Support overall food court operations to ensure quick and accurate service.
