Costco is hiring an Electronics Sales Assistant for its warehouse location in Kitchener, Ontario. This role supports members on the sales floor by answering product questions, demonstrating items, and helping keep the electronics/majors area stocked, organized, and ready for sale.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Electronics Sales Assistant helps drive a great member experience by providing product guidance and supporting daily merchandising tasks in the electronics and majors area. You’ll assist with demonstrations, maintain good product presentation, and help ensure pricing, displays, and inventory on the floor meet department standards in a busy warehouse environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist members with product questions and provide accurate information about electronics and major appliances.
- Demonstrate merchandise and explain key features, functions, and specifications.
- Stock and merchandise items, ensuring displays are organized and visually appealing.
- Maintain product condition on the sales floor, including basic upkeep and organization.
- Verify pricing and signage accuracy and help correct issues when identified.
- Support inventory movement, replenishment, and general department readiness.
- Follow safety and security procedures and provide prompt, courteous member service.
