ABOUT THE JOB
The Baker is responsible for producing a variety of baked goods following established formulas and preparation methods. This role involves mixing, baking, decorating, and packaging bakery items while maintaining consistency and high-quality presentation. The position operates within a fast-paced warehouse bakery environment and requires attention to safety and sanitation standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and bake bakery products according to standardized recipes.
- Measure, mix, and handle ingredients using commercial bakery equipment.
- Monitor ovens and baking times to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Decorate and package finished products following company guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and comply with food safety procedures.
- Operate mixers, dough rollers, and other bakery machinery safely.
- Assist with inventory control and product rotation as required.
