This role focuses on assessing hearing needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and delivering high-quality patient care in a professional clinical environment.
ABOUT THE JOB
In this position, you will provide comprehensive hearing assessments and dispensing services to Costco members. You will be responsible for evaluating hearing loss, recommending and fitting hearing instruments, and ensuring proper follow-up care. The role combines clinical expertise with excellent customer service, following provincial regulations and Costco’s high standards of care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct hearing assessments, including case history, testing, and evaluations.
- Recommend, fit, verify, and adjust hearing instruments based on patient needs.
- Provide counselling, education, and follow-up services to patients.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and complete required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with provincial regulations and professional standards.
- Deliver exceptional member service in a clinical retail setting.
