Costco Wholesale Canada Ltd. is hiring an Audiologist / Hearing Instrument Practitioner (Licensed) in Langley, BC. In this role, you’ll support members with hearing assessments and hearing instrument services, helping ensure accurate fittings, strong follow-up care, and an excellent member experience.
ABOUT THE JOB
As an Audiologist / Hearing Instrument Practitioner at Costco in Langley, you’ll provide professional hearing support services for members—ranging from assessment and recommendation to fitting and ongoing care. You’ll work within established standards, maintain proper documentation, and contribute to a smooth clinic operation while delivering high-quality member service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct hearing assessments and collect case history information (as applicable).
- Dispense and fit hearing instruments, including evaluating needs, recommending solutions, and performing verification/validation.
- Support hearing aid services such as impression taking, minor repairs, and modifications when needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow required clinic processes and quality standards.
- Follow infection control, privacy, and confidentiality requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of available products and services related to the hearing centre.
- Deliver a high standard of member service and assist with clinic operations (including opening/closing tasks when required).
- Support other warehouse areas as needed.
