Costco is hiring a Licensed Audiologist in Kelowna, BC to join its Hearing Aid Centre team. This role focuses on assessing hearing health, recommending appropriate hearing instruments, and delivering professional dispensing services while providing an exceptional member experience.
ABOUT THE JOB
As an Audiologist at Costco, you will be responsible for evaluating members’ hearing needs and recommending suitable hearing solutions in accordance with provincial regulations. The position involves conducting comprehensive hearing assessments, fitting and verifying hearing instruments, and ensuring optimal device performance. You will work in a professional clinical setting within the warehouse, supporting members with expert guidance and care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations including case history, air and bone conduction testing, and speech assessments.
- Recommend, fit, and verify hearing instruments based on individual member needs.
- Perform hearing aid adjustments, validation, repairs, and modifications as required.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and member records.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and privacy standards.
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on hearing products and services available in the centre.
- Deliver high-quality member service and support throughout the care process.
