As a Tesla Advisor, you will be at the forefront of introducing customers to Tesla’s ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include engaging with potential buyers, guiding them through the purchase process, and ensuring they receive an unmatched customer experience.
About the Job
In this customer-facing role, you will combine your knowledge of Tesla’s products with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. You will assist customers from the initial inquiry stage through to the final steps of acquiring their Tesla vehicle, providing support and advice at every turn.
The Tesla Advisor position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of Tesla’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities for the Tesla Advisor
Your primary duties will include:
- Providing a warm welcome to all potential Tesla customers and introducing them to the range of Tesla products.
- Assisting customers in exploring financing options, scheduling test drives, and configuring orders.
- Responding to queries and guiding customers through the buying process.
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers post-purchase to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participating in showroom events and promotional activities to drive brand engagement and sales.
Minimum Qualifications for the Tesla Advisor
Candidates will be considered if they have:
- A proven track record in customer service or sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customer bases.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
