ABOUT THE JOB
As a Tire Centre Sales Assistant at Costco, you’ll help members with tire-related purchases and services by answering questions, providing recommendations, and supporting daily operations. You’ll assist with scheduling, invoicing, and department organization while following safety procedures and Costco standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist members with tire purchases and services by answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Create purchase and service invoices and process transactions according to procedures.
- Coordinate Tire Centre appointments, manage inquiries, and maintain scheduling accuracy.
- Maintain and organize department records, paperwork, and related documentation.
- Support merchandising tasks such as stocking, labeling, and keeping products organized.
- Follow safety, security, and cash-handling procedures while performing duties.
- Work with the Tire Centre team to support efficient daily operations and member satisfaction.
- Assist other warehouse departments as needed.
