ABOUT THE JOB
The Electronics Sales Assistant position focuses on assisting members with electronics and major appliance purchases while keeping the department well organized and fully stocked. You will answer questions, demonstrate products, coordinate merchandising activities, and help maintain accurate pricing and inventory standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist members with questions about electronics and major appliances.
- Demonstrate product features and explain specifications and benefits.
- Provide accurate product and pricing information to members.
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays.
- Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, faced, and rotated.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions.
- Check accuracy of signage and pricing labels within the department.
- Assist with securing high-value items and following department security procedures.
- Handle merchandise carefully during stocking and display setup.
- Follow all safety, health, and workplace procedures.
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed.
