ABOUT THE JOB
As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for finishing and decorating cakes using established designs and techniques. You will work with pre-baked products, apply icing and decorative elements, and ensure all items meet Costco’s quality and consistency standards before being offered to members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Decorate cakes and bakery items using icing, piping bags, and decorating tools.
- Apply standardized designs and follow approved decorating procedures.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality, appearance, and consistency.
- Prepare, handle, and move decorated cakes safely within the bakery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of decorating tools and work areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
