ABOUT THE JOB
As a Service Deli Clerk, you will assist with the preparation of ready-to-eat foods, pizzas, rotisserie items, and deli products. You will package and label items, operate deli equipment, and help ensure all products meet Costco’s quality and sanitation standards. This position plays an important role in delivering fresh, well-presented food items to members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, assemble, and package deli foods such as meats, cheeses, pizzas, and salads.
- Operate deli and food preparation equipment safely and efficiently.
- Wrap, label, and stock deli products according to established procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Follow food safety, health, and workplace safety guidelines at all times.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to Costco members.
