ABOUT THE JOB
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for general cleaning, basic repairs, and facility upkeep across multiple areas of the warehouse. The position involves operating cleaning equipment, responding to maintenance needs, and following safety and security procedures to maintain Costco’s operational standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine cleaning of restrooms, offices, production areas, and common spaces.
- Operate cleaning equipment and compactors safely and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to facility maintenance and cleaning requests.
- Assist with minor repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks.
- Handle waste removal, recycling, and supply restocking.
- Follow safety, sanitation, and security procedures at all times.
- Support other warehouse areas as needed.
