ABOUT THE JOB
As a Service Deli Clerk at Costco, you will assist with the preparation of ready-to-eat foods, operate deli equipment, and ensure products are displayed and handled according to quality and sanitation standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, slice, and package deli foods such as meats, salads, pizzas, and ready-to-eat items.
- Operate deli equipment following safety and sanitation procedures.
- Stock, rotate, and display deli products to ensure freshness and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and food preparation surfaces.
- Monitor food temperatures and comply with food safety standards.
- Provide prompt and courteous member service.
- Dispose of damaged or expired products according to procedures.
- Assist in other areas of the department or warehouse as needed.
